APHRODITE starts with our sour base then is given a nice helping of Tart Apricot to sit on. Before it finishes up we dry hop it with Nelson Sauvin Hops. Between the tart of the apricot and the aroma of the Nelson Sauvin hops this brew becomes a Hoppy Tart Sour that is sure to be interesting and complex to any sour connoisseur.
